The GU99 VIP Program is about more than bonuses — it's a relationship. The more you play, the more you're valued. A personal account manager, faster withdrawals, higher cashback, and much more are waiting for you.
On most online gaming platforms, VIP just means a few extra bonuses. GU99's VIP program is different — at every tier, your gaming experience genuinely improves. Structured across five levels from Bronze to Diamond, each tier unlocks a new set of rewards on top of everything you've already earned.
GU99 VIP members receive special cashback rates well above what regular members get. A Diamond VIP member can earn up to 20% cashback every week — which significantly reduces the cost of play. Higher-tier VIPs also get a personal account manager who provides direct, immediate assistance with any issue.
Every bet you place at GU99 automatically earns VIP points. Whether you play slots, Live Casino, fish games, or Sports Betting, every wager counts. Once you accumulate enough points, you move up to the next tier automatically — no application or extra steps needed.
Points are reviewed every month, so regular players can move up the tiers quickly. GU99 wants every active member to experience VIP benefits — which is why the entry threshold for the Bronze tier is intentionally accessible.

Becoming a VIP at GU99 is straightforward. No separate application needed — just play and earn points.
Create an account in just 2 minutes. Every new account automatically starts tracking VIP points.
Place bets on any game. Earn 1 point for every BDT 100 wagered. Points apply across all game categories.
Points are reviewed monthly. Accumulate enough and you'll advance to the next tier automatically.
As your tier rises, cashback, free spins, and special bonuses will be credited to your account automatically.
Maintaining your current tier requires keeping a minimum number of points each month. Playing regularly is the best strategy.
Many people assume cashback means a small refund. But at GU99, if you wager BDT 10,000 per week as a Diamond VIP, you get 20% back — that's BDT 2,000 returned every week. Over a month, that adds up to a significant amount. GU99's cashback system is one of the most generous among gaming platforms in Bangladesh.
Many players wonder how much difference a personal account manager actually makes. GU99's Platinum and Diamond members have shared that their managers provide exclusive bonus offers, customized free spins, and immediate help with any withdrawal issues. It's far more personal and responsive than standard customer service.
Under GU99's rules, points are reviewed monthly. If your points fall below the maintenance threshold for your current tier in any given month, your tier may drop by one level the following month. However, Diamond members benefit from a 3-month grace period. Playing regularly is the easiest way to hold your tier.
